I clicked "Connect" on the SVPN connection screen, but the VPN connection fails.

Please reset the PC status and reinstall the VPN client to try again.
Please proceed as below

1. Remove two VPN programs installed on the PC (Uninstall)
  - Control Panel → Double-click "Program and Features" → Uninstall "BIG-IP Client Component"
  - Control panel → Double-click "Program and Features" → Uninstall "Samsung SSL VPN Clinet"

2. Download the next program from the SVPN Library
  - SVPN Portal - Customer Support - Library - download f5wininfo.exe
  ☞ Download(f5wininfo.exe)

3. Run f5wininfo with administrator authority
 1) After selecting f5wininfo.exe, click on the right mouse - Click Run with administrator permission
 2) Delete error elements from the f5wininfo program (BIG-IP Edge Components Troubleshooting)
  - Select the "Tool" menu - "Remove Components . . . Select - "Delete user settings" check - Click "YES"

4. PC Network Adapter Reinstallation
 1) On the keyboard, press [Windows key] + X key at the same time - Click 'Device Manager'
 2) Click on the left side of the network adapter
 3) Select the following four WAN Miniports in order - Click the menu "Action" - Click "Uninstall device"
  - WAN Miniport(IP)
  - WAN Miniport(IPv6)
  - WAN Miniport(PPTP)
  - WAN Miniport(SSTP)
  4) Reboot the PC (4 WAN Miniports above will be reinstalled. )

5. Proxy Configuration OFF
  - Settings → Network and Internet → Select left proxy → Change to "Use setup script" off

6. Turn Off Windows Firewall
 1) Control Panel → Windows Defender Firewall → Click "Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off"
 2) All check and check 'Turn off Windows firewall (not recommended)' and click 'OK'
