The connection to SVPN is successful, but the knox portal is not open.

Please try again in 5 to 10 seconds after the message "SVPN is connected"
If you have a host's file change message window, click "No" and access the Knox Portal.

1. Check if the VPN client status is connected (Check if there is a green light on the VPN client of the tray icon at the bottom right)
* If red and yellow lights are confirmed, the VPN client is not connected normally, so please reconnect.
* Before reconnecting VPN, please check the proxy options in the local PC Windows Settings> Network and Internet> Proxy menu
